McDonald's: getting our stories out

There are now 2,000 McDonald’s workers using Organise to improve their life at work. The requests are pretty simple - they want to be off a ‘zero-hours’ contract so they know how many hours a week they’re earning, they want a modest pay rise, and they want better gloves and aprons to protect them from the spitting grease in the McDonald’s kitchens. 

The next step in their campaign is a mini documentary to expose what it’s like inside McDonald’s and put the spotlight on the changes they want. It’s a key part of the plan that’s been worked up by hundreds of McDonald’s workers using the Organise tools.
